The final price is confirmed during the mandatory Real-Time Video Verification (Section 3), reflecting the item's current outlet price, any applicable sales tax, VIP discounts secured by us, and our service fee. C. Payment: Full payment for the final confirmed price is required immediately following the successful Real-Time Video Verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the final payment is not received immediately upon verification and confirmation.

3. Mandatory Real-Time Video Verification and Final Sale

A. Verification Requirement: Before any item is purchased on your behalf at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, you must participate in a mandatory, scheduled video call inspection with our specialist. B. Scope of Verification: During the video call, you will inspect the exact item, confirm its condition (including any outlet-related characteristics or minor flaws), and verbally confirm your acceptance of the final price. C. Final Acceptance: Your payment immediately following the video verification constitutes your final, binding acceptance of the item's condition, price, and our Final Sale policy. D. Final Sale: All sales are strictly final. Given the nature of outlet sourcing and international logistics costs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason (including but not limited to change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, or minor differences in color/texture not affecting functionality). No refunds or store credits will be issued.

5. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs procedures. B.
